They get into an arguement. Paul says something that was really insulting (like her family or something). Dawn runs off and starts crying, Paul comforts her (in his own way) and they tell each other that they have feelings for each other. Wow... This is really cliche...

They would battle. Paul would win the battle. She'd run away and he would too. He feels bad for her. He seeks out for Dawn and kisses her.

I think it happens after her trip in Unova,(I know she goes to Ecruteak city, just go along
with it please.)So she gets home from some tough battles, and her mom is there waiting...

Mom: Welcome home honey! I'm so glad you're home!
Dawn: Thanks mom!
Mom: I'm glad you're home, but one of your friends stopped by a few days ago, he wanted to talk you.

Dawn:(Thinking) Who could be? Ash is in Unova, plus mom's met him, and she knows Kenny and Berry, Don't let it be Conway....>Shudder< (Talking)>Gasp!< Was it Paul!?
Mom: I don't know, he didn't leave he's name-
Dawn: Did he have purple hair?
Mom: Yes he did, and he told me to tell you once got home, I was trying to tell you, but for SOME reason, I couldn't.
Dawn: Oops..

Mom: Anyway, he said he be at Lake Verity.
Dawn: Wait, is Paul still there, how long ago was it?
Mom: Around five days ag-
Dawn: 5 DAYS AGO!?!?
Mom: don't need to shout.
Dawn: I gotta see if he's still there, I'll be right back..
Mom: Now isn't that cute....

Dawn: PAUL!!

Dawn: Paul! It was you! Why didn't you tell my mom who you were? And what are you doing out here? And-

Paul: Enjoy your trip with Ash?

Dawn:Huh? What does that have to do with anything?
Paul: I just figured you'd stay out there for another week or so.
Dawn: Paul, are you...BLUSHING?!?!?

Dawn: You are, aren't you!

Paul: Shut up!! I'm sorry I came here! >Marches off<
Dawn: >Chases after him< Wait did you come here just to ask me that?? Come on Paul, Slow down!!
Paul: Just go home Troublesome!!
Dawn: >Catch's up and grab's he's sleeve< Wait Paul, why did you wait out here for five full days for me?
Paul: Cuz I had already made the trip out here, and I figured you were out some where, but I didn't think it'd be chasing after that dunce of a friend.

Dawn: (Thinking) Paul....
Paul: And I'd like to know why you haven't let go of my sleeve yet.
Dawn: Sorry but I'm not letting it go.
Paul: What?
Dawn: Not till you tell me everything you wanted to tell me!!

Paul: >Turns around and kisses her while blushing insanely<
Dawn: (Thinking) Huh?!?!?! Paul likes me? PAUL, likes ME?!?!

Dawn: Wait!!
Paul: Forget it!!
Dawn: I don't wanna!!

Whenever ash,Brock,and dawn see Paul everything is normal. When it's just pail at the Pokemon center dawn goes and see Paul and do their stuff and break away when Ash and Brock come by

Dawn and Paul argue and dawn will cry and overreact so Paul tells his feelings for her.
