Usually I would say congrats to whoever won last time, and it was me (not expecting that!), so I guess congrats to me. Users who have won I won't originally put into the options, but if you really feel they deserve it again, go ahead (I'm not just saying this for me obviously, I just thought that sounded good).
Mckena and Shandiii would be my second choice (Shandiii's added some great icons!). And of course Mckena's added about one million links and videos...
