On my opinion, they are sometimes really looking alike
and Doranbalt is a Fairy Tail member. Maybe he comes from the future or from Edolas (Wendy also has a different age there) It would explain why he seems to have a crush on Wendy. I know that he has his logo on the right shoulder and Romeo on the right but we know from Lisanna that they could change places. And it would be a good story for the next arc, I think.
