From a bit of a left field, first. One of the reasons, I don't have much trouble with 'Daybreak' (though I do have a list of storytelling shortcomings for this episode, unambiguos straightforwardness, for one, of my own), like many seem, is precisely because where it left Lee Adam's character and any allegations of L/K (if such were still even an issue, given all of season 4's worth as a coherent narrative). Among other things, Lee's journey had been about letting go. Letting go of an obsessive delusion of a nonce-romance and accepting the interaction with Kara for what it was (friendship and...

One of the reasons I believe the 'Eye of Jupiter'/'Rapture', s3, (the end of 'Rapture', in particular) to be among the most crucial points for Lee's character and Lee/Dee dynamics development, is precisely because the outcome of that story, as far as Lee is concerned, was about wake-up calls and the beginning of his journey to let go long-standing self-delusions. So here goes:

Delusion #1: Lee's an unworthy bastard, craving contempt and eager to abandon honor, integrity and dignity in pursuit of the one 'true heart's desire'. It turns out being just that pains and torments Lee a lot more, than...

A/N: A little weirdo drabble.

As ever, the subtle transition of Lee Adama's and Dee's mutual appeal into a relationship compels me. It would appear, Lee started having flashbacks of Gianne (pregnant Caprica girlfriend) no sooner, than his attraction to Dee acquired palpable form. Incidentally, that was when his urge to run the other way stirred too. Oh well...

Set sometime in between 'Flight of the Phoenix' and the 'Pegasus' arc, season two.

A/N: There's a loop of 45 분 between Lee's good-byes with a smiling and playful Dee and the heart-wrenching morgue scene (Sometimes A Great Notion).
Somewhere within that timeframe Lee must've contemplated the idea of personal hope and happiness, alongside that of humanity's, for the very last time.

A/N: The last thing Lee needed as of 'Resurrection ship' arc, was to be falling in love… Still fascinated with elaborating a plausible narrative transition from Lee Adama's and Dee's 'break-up' in 'Black Market' (season 2) and into them eventually working toward a relationship in 'Sacrifice' and on. Besides, Lee Adama lurking in the gym 의해 the end of 'Black Market' just got me wondering.

Set on the outer rim of 'Scar', though not focused on the episode per se.
