They are both cool in their own way. Bulma is cool because of how smart she is and the devices she makes are very useful. She also has some humor especially in scenes with master roshi. Videl is cool because she knows how to fight, shes determined and she will help anyone at any cost. I cant choose one over the other. I like them both.
