There's SOOO many moments that really define River as a character, but for me, it has to be River refusing to touch 11 and doing everything she can to keep him alive, even if it that means wiping out Earth. She can't lose him again and it's really touching. I was basically in a pile of tears when Rory married them! Also, an older episode, but when 11 first meets River! Baby 11 just flirting away and River smirking on the inside, because she knows she gets him in the end. AHHH River is flawless.
Basically all of Let's Kill Hitler (even though I really don't like this episode) because it gave me my 가장 좋아하는 quote: Well, I was on my way to this gay Gypsy bar mitzvah for the disabled when I suddenly thought "Gosh, the Third Reich's a bit rubbish. I think I'll kill the Fuehrer." Also Silence in the Library, her season 5 appearances, and The Name of the Doctor.
