It's not really...villainy. Which fits Gaston's character, because he's supposed to be a normal guy who just happens to be a jerk, but still, the other outfits are much darker and more majestic.

This is an usual normal guy outfit. My next choice would be Ratcliffe's outfits.
Anyway why the "Jafar" one used the same picture of Evil Queen's image?

I would choose Gatson, his 'villian' outfit whatsoever, like what 324anna said, the others are more majestic and dark. Gatson's is just like a normal common guy outfit.

He's outfit is plane ugly, the worst one in the list and then Gaston's outfit.

It's not scary or anything and quite frankly, he looks dumb in it which is bad for a villain.

Flashy and ridiculous - no wonder nobody took this guy seriously as a villain.

The Evil Queen's picture is on Jafar for some reason.

Honestly Ratcliffe does not look powerful or villainous in this outfit. He just looks ridiculous.

This one's really tough, I agree with anukriti2409 about Ratcliffe's gold outfit though. His are definitely low on the villain factor to me though as nothing really stands out as dark or sinister or scary etc. about them.

I do think Gaston's is kind of villainous only because it reminds me of older army uniforms and since he hunts in it and prides himself on killing animals the way he does, I suppose I associate his outfit more as somewhat of a killer uniform.
