Sorry, but its the same as charismatic poll

^ It's not actually. Charismatic is someone who has a devoted/loyal following with minimal to no effort. They often can be charming but they don't equal each other. Charming is having elements of charm, being polite, friendly, and likable etc. Someone who is charismatic is not always charming and someone who is charming is not always charismatic.

They are not at all "too close a subset of same qualities", they are totally different. Charming is about the way you conduct yourself, your manners and coming off pleasant. Charismatic is about your effect on other people like the ability to get them to do things against their own well being. Where it gets confusing is that people who are charismatic can often be charming but people who are charming are often not charismatic. For example, I would not say Adolf Hitler was charming but he is objectively a charismatic historical figure which is part of how he gained the power he did. Someone who is charming is almost always a good person who usually has good etiquette and a well-rounded personality while someone who is charismatic can be good or bad or whatever, they just have a magnetic pull that makes you want to be them or be around them or have something to do with them. I hope that explanation clears up the difference better as they are totally different, albeit sometimes confusingly so. :)

^ I don't really think she had made too much of an attempt to be compared to the others. I think it's part of her individuality though that starts to change throughout the movie, closer towards the end as she matures and bonds with her mother.

now :) and i agree, Merida wasnt the charming sorts, though she managed to charm her brothers and father most times. She often laughed with her dad, and had a great bond with her brothers. It was only towards her mother that she lost her etiquette, afraid of marriage. but still she would the least charming of all. Tiana and Jasmine would be close too, actually.
