Like Aladdin the sidekick wreaked the ending.

absolutely boring! Aurora wakes up like the audience expected! what a surprise! Maleficent dies her lame death and even squeals before she dies, then they end the movie with the dance at the ball and flora (or was it fuana?) and merryweather arguing over a color. how fun. this was just the most boring ending ever, and they just tried to squeeze in the sidekick's humor to try to take away the boredom from the audience. the dance was not fun to watch at all, maleficent had a lame death, and it was just overall boring!

really? PatF left before some of the other's endings. Wow

Anyways, the ending is unfulfilling and seems lackluster. After Ariel turns back into a human, they should have at least said something to each other to make it more realistic and emotional, but no. They just skip right to the wedding, and Ariel says bye to Triton. This could have and so much more emotion, and feel like they should have wrapped up Ariel-Triton a lot better than they did. It just seems shallow and lackluster.

....Chickens
Really? Did they really have to ruin the ending between Mulan and Fa Zhou and Mulan and Shang with disco ancestors and... chickens? If they were determined to have Mushu restored to his post, it should have been a real quick thing between Fa Zhou and Shang that consisted of the Great Ancestor restoring Mushu to his post and then they hear Shang coming, look, and Mushu's out of the picture.

I was disappointed by the ending when I first saw this movie. It may be my favorite DP movie, but it doesn't have a very good ending. I also agree with rythmicmagic.

This ending did not satisfy me at all. Ariel didn't learn anything and did not have to pay for her mistakes. Instead, Eric and her father fixed the mess she made, and made sure she's satisfied.

I first wanted to pick Mulan but then I remembered how anvilious the voice-over of Brave is....and how much I hated it during the whole movie, because it keep telling us things instead of showing it on screen, which is the point of a good movie!

The ending is unsatisfying for me because Ariel didn't anything in the movie. She was selfish girl with selfish motivation and in the end her boyfriend and daddy saved her.

What the hell! I love the Pocahontas ending! When is Mulan going to leave?!!
