Why did the fairy godmother appear before the ball and not before? Cinderella could have used her help before, the way she was being treated by her step family,
If Charming fell in love with Cinderella, why didn't he go out to look for her himself? The Duke could have come back with any girl who fitted the shoe. And why did the Duke believe Cinderella when she presented the other shoe? I would have thought it was all a scam: the shoe I know to be the right one gets broken, and in the same house, a girl has a glass slipper that, of course, fits (Why would she have a shoe that didn't fit her?).
And why did the carriage turned into a pumpkin by midnight, as the animals returned to their original form, but the glass slippers remained untouched? Cinderella didn't have those before, did she?

Again: Straightforward fairy tale. What I really like about this movie, that it tells the tale with a wink in the eye. The Fairy Godmother shows up and says "Naturally I'm your fairy godmother, who else?" and the Grand Duke makes his speech about love on first sight and then say "but that happens only in fairy tales" and later when he points out that the shoe will fit more than one girl.
Naturally Charming didn't go along with the Grand Duke. The point was after all to trap him in marriage with any girl who fits the shoe, because his father wanted grand children.
Though, again, when you asks for flaws in a broader sense: It's too bad that the animators couldn't manage the movements of the prince well enough to give him a larger role.

There are no flaws in this film. I can not think of one
