I love the movie as is, but I would love to also see an alternate version of the movie with her as the villain.

I think the villain in Frozen wasn't the best. I like the more traditional villains, so I would have liked her to be the villain, but I wouldn't really change it now that she was made Anna's sister and isn't evil.

Maybe. It might be cool if she was a villain that was redeemed in the end. I do wish the movie was closer to the original fairy tale but I'm not sure if making Elsa the villain would be how I'd want to do that.
