Where'd you hear this? It's a lie, because there is a new DOA game coming out (Dead or Alive: Paradise). It's basically another DOA volleyball game (only hand-held this time). As for DOA5, we don't know if its going to be made, but we'll see in due time. So no, Tecmo isn't going to quit making DOA games.

I really hope it isn't true =(. DOA is one of my favorite fighting games ever and I'll be really sad if it's ended.

I don't see why Tecmo would end one of their best selling series. That just wouldn't make sense.
