Whatever happened to Bessie's baby?

She was pregnant and had the baby in S1, I don't remember if it was in S2, but... when they open the B&B in S3, there's no baby. I don't think we ever see 또는 hear about the baby again?

Bessie & Body's son was shown several times during the seasons. His name is Alexander. In season 4 for example when Pacey & Joey are alone in the B&B and Joey says that she has to 'baby sit' Alexander.

he's there frequently throughout season's 3&4 I think 더 많이 in Season 3 though he's there for thanksgiving, when the critic comes to the b&b, for Joey's mural.
