Hope lost, 또는 just another rumour?

As most of 당신 have probably heard, if 당신 keep up with the internet, there's been a lot of 'information' about the actual plot of The Vampire Diaries changing with tension between Nina and Ian. I find it hard to believe that the writers would drastically change the story because of this (not to mention my reluctance to believe what I read on the internet at face value).
However, I want to know what 당신 guys think! What do 당신 think this will mean for Delena? Will it be the end of our hopes, is it another rumour, 또는 do 당신 think it will cool down and allow us 팬 to still see what we want to? Do 당신 think it's really such a big deal?
