Chobits is rated older teen because of alot of things 당신 know. Since it doesn't say why its rated older teen so this is why, because of nudity, suggestive themes, violance, and langauge. So please if 당신 aren't a older teen then DON'T read it. Chobits about this persocom that the main character ,Hideki, found in the trash. He has to teach the persocom ,Chii, to know about the world, how to say complete sentences, and not to look at his porn books. xD
Hideki has a hard time buying Chii's clothes and teaching her. Will he do it 또는 will he fail? Also Chii finds her inner self and she sometimes spaces out because her inner self is talking to her. Soon she finds out who is calling to her and will she go to the voice 또는 will she not?
