Anyone else in 사랑 with everything that's been out about 아나스타샤 the musical? It looks absolutely fantastic. The cast is just phenomenal, especially Christy Altomare who plays Anastasia. She is so genuine as an actress, and starts to tear up when she sings the songs. I wonder how the new villain is going to play out, I heard mixed things about him. I saw The 백조 Princess for the first time today. I thought it was pretty good, but not one of my favorites. Also I can see where people are coming from when they say it's a 디즈니 rip-off, but I don't agree that it's a rip-off. I got to see The Book of Life a few days ago. It was all right. not as good as it looked, considering Guillermo del Toro is a producer and he's one of my two 가장 좋아하는 directors. I admit, I mostly saw it for La Muerte. who Maria ends up with is very cliche and predictable. I am glad they didn't make Joaquin a stereotypical jock jerk, though. he was rather arrogant but he was a good guy at heart. I recently rewatched The Black Cauldrong. It was as good as I remembered, but it reminded me how much I loved Princess Eilonwy as a kid, and how much I still 사랑 her now. I always knew that if 디즈니 would succeed at 뮤지컬 that Dreamworks ( Shrek) and now 여우 애니메이션 would succeed hopefully at some of their great work on Broadway. 아나스타샤 would be beautiful.
