What he basically says is that he realized that Betty was no longer gonna be present in his life and that he had to make a change, that is to leave Mode and follow her to London(the new context)in order to be with her..

But he didn't quit Mode just to be with Betty, he also realized that he no longer wants to be a part of the fashion world..He changed and that didn't express him anymore..He's not gonna be the son of his father..He'll do his own things..He'll take the risk and face the new challenges in his profesional and his personal life with Betty..Cause he realized that he's in love with his best friend and he wants to live everything with her..Cause nothing is the same without her! He found the meaning of his life!

And I think I'm slowly finding my Detty self back..I just wish we had actually see the Detty love!!!!

i really enjoyed reading it , but i wish that he had said all that in the episode so it could let everyone know what he was feeling and that wouldve explained what he had come to in more detail

I agree! Daniel should have declared his feelings for Betty! He should have said "I love you"! And nobody would've thought that this was rushed up, on the contrary it would've made perfect sense! He implied it, but this wasn't enough!

Daniel should have said it in the episode, they could have made that part a voice-over while you saw Betty wandering around London instead of the music. And beautiful translation detty4ever, I agree with everything you said, except I don't think Daniel wants to leave the fashion world, I think he just wants to make his own name there, his own merits. Because I remember a few seasons ago Daniel saying he truly loved fashion, which is one of the reasons Betty hated it when he went to Player, he belonged at Mode, in the fashion world. He was great at it. It was his calling. Now he still belongs in the fashion world, just maybe he'll create his own magazine. I don't know. But he'll do it with Betty by his side, I know that much.
