What type of 셔츠 would go with a pencil skirt?

Im going sorta on a date... Its tuesday of 다음 week. & i want to wear something nice. But im not sure what type of 상단, 맨 위로 to wear with a pencil skirt. (goes to mid thigh, a bit higher) i have a black and white pencil skirt. So what 상단, 맨 위로 would go with either black 또는 white?
