Pimple Problem!

I just got my concealer tooking away and i get very bad breakouts!Do u know any thing that works for getting rid of pimples.If u do please tell me!Help me!

Pro active works really good and u can buy it pretty cheap now and i also use Aveeno lotion which is very good 4 ur skin and if u have dry skin like me put a lil vasaline on it which really help.
