Now that 당신 have Photoshop, we can get started.
First 당신 need to click File--->New---> width 800, height 100 pixels. Then 당신 click Ok and 당신 have a background.

Now 당신 click File--->Open and 당신 select a 사진 당신 want to open. Then 당신 crop and resize it. I usually choose 110 또는 120 height. Now right click on little window and 옮기기 to new window. Now your image is in new window and 당신 need to drag it to your banner. Then 당신 use a little 애로우 from the panel on the left and 옮기기 your image where 당신 want it.

Basically, PSD is a coloring. There are many amazing PSDs out there, which is great for people like me who are not good at coloring their stuff.
