What are good stretches for your middle splits?

I have the worst middle splits in my class and I need help.

what i do at college to strech is streching my legs across a 벽 and just sit there, and every 분 또는 2 it relaxes the musles meaning that your legs can stretch 더 많이 :) but be careful doing this!! cause whenever i do it it pulls on my knees, so 당신 have to keep your feet flexed upwards and knees facing upwards, otherwise 당신 can damage 당신 knees badly...hope this helped :)
