Is it bad that I am actually a fan of the mecha genre for how cliché and campy some series are? Lol, I'm being honest there, it is my second favorite genre. x3 But, I do agree that it should be the one to go this time around.

Aww no! Not Reverse Harem! What about Ouran, UtaPri, Hakuouki, etc. So many good ones! Mecha hardly has any good ones.

I actually like Mecha.... XD

Either this or Sports. The only sports animes I actually liked has been Free! and Kuroko no Basket. Others I haven't been able to get into that much~

Something's really fishy about this poll. Just a few hours ago, Mecha and Reverse Harem were leading this poll. Now it's Shounen Ai and Mecha. It's almost as if majority of the people who voted for Reverse Harem changed their votes to Shounen Ai (not to mention the percentage of Reverse Harem's votes deteriorated greatly in a matter of hours even when the total # of fans who participated in this poll increased only by a little). Looks like someone's pretty desperate to kick a genre out~

I'm not too partial to mecha; until a title comes out that puts a different twist on it, I say it feels like a worn-out genre to me.

See: Some people find homosexuality gross. Some maybe people who like Yuri, but not like Yaoi.But people like me, love Shounen Ai / Shoujo Ai, just not the anime for them. Sad actually, how many anime for it is horribly made. Only ones I have liked are Sekai Ichi Hatsukoi and Tight Rope. Some just don't like how the stereotype homosexual relationships.

Gotta love how you start to speak up when the previously expected loss ties and then gets saved from losing this round. ¬¬

wow last time i checked on this poll there were three hours left and mecha was top,why people so desperate to kick out shonen-ai?i mean okay i can understand why yuri and yaoi because of the sexual content,but shonen-ai and shoujo-ai is romance,why so much hate?why there are so many biased and homophobic people?!!!!
