I need help...again...

An 아니메 about a creepy high school girl. I don't know to much about her, but it's said to be a little bloddy, and to be a horror anime. The girl cut her own hair short, and left only a little long piece, on the left side of her head, and she has got white ribbons around it... That's all I know, but I'd 사랑 to know some more.
