Is Monster 아니메 suitable for 10 또는 12 년 old boys?

My brother brought the 아니메 MONSTER and my cousins who are 12 and 10 years old want to watch it. But I don't know if I should let them watch it 또는 not. Need your help!

Windwaker is right, I wouldn't let them watch it YET but if they're mature and able to handle adult concepts in a few years, I would recommend it then. There's no nudity, though there's quite some violence in the blood department. When they're 13-15 if they're mature, I would say go for it ^^
