Where online can I watch this Anime?. I can't find it anywhere.

I asked on 페이스북 cause somebody 게시됨 a picture of this 아니메 to the Ata All Things 아니메 and 망가 페이스북 group. I asked what the name o9f this 아니메 is called they said 9/11 the Animation. Than someone else said the 아니메 is called The fall of the twins towers: Loli invasion. Either way 당신 say it I still cant find this 아니메 anywhere to watch online. if 당신 know where I can watch this 아니메 please tell me. It may be a good 아니메 I don't know. Thank 당신 for your help in advance. :)

first of all that 아니메 does not exist. that's really just. terrible.
that image is edited. they are not from an 아니메 and this is the original picture. honestly whoever edited that has an absolutely terrible sense of humor, same as the person who said there was an 아니메 with that title.
