How can I watch 아니메 on ps3 PLEASE HELP!

I've been trying to watch english dubbed 아니메 (naruto) on my ps3 but it doesn't seem to loud can someone tell me the best place of what I need to do please help!

Well I don't know how it works on the PS3 but 당신 can just watch it online with your computer. I recommend 키스 Anime, they even have a mobile option so if 당신 don't have a computer at the moment, 당신 can use a tablet 또는 phone. I hope I helped a little bit.
