Cosplaying Questions. help!!

I want to cosplay, and it's kind of awkward for me (the "IT NEEDS TO BE PERFECT!" Person) to dress,as an 아니메 character with a darker skin tone.

I'm not really dark skinned... If my hair was straight I'd be mistaken as Indian. So any 아니메 characters with this skin tone I can cosplay as?

P.S.HEHEHEHEHEHWHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHE.......... I know it's all "Just have fun!" In cosplaying but I'm one of those people who just need it right. 또는 I can just paint myself white and go MATRYSHOKA!
