One of the loudest and most annoying female protagonists: Kagome Higurashi from 'InuYasha'
(I ship InuYasha X Kagome tho but this girl can be so annoying sometimes that I just wanna jump my 나귀, 엉덩이 into that Bone-Eater's well and into the feudal era then kill her. -_-)
Uh...useless? No, Sakura is very strong and brave, how any main female character should be. And anytime she cries, is on times were something is emotional
From all of the 아니메 series I have seen, the one character that really, REALLY got under my skin was Sae Kashiwagi, who is pretty much all of the stereotypes of a catty jealous girl rolled into one character. She's extremely manipulative, going as far as to exploit a celebrity to make herself look good, dressing up as a girl she didn't like and doing something horrible to make it look like the other girl did it, and nearly got a girl in the 아니메 molested. ._.
Surprisingly, though... 당신 start to understand Sae the 더 많이 the 아니메 goes on.
Ichiya from Fairy Tail. In one of the latest episodes, Erza was rudely interrupted from her thoughts of Jellal when Ichiya burst in her room.
In general, any character who throws themselves repeatedly at another character after being told to go away is a candidate for being annoying. A yuri example of this is Sanae's obsession with Squid Girl, a 야오이 example is Hanagata with Otaru from Saber Marionette J, and a straight lady example is Saori from Mahoromatic. I find some such characters like this endearing despite this (like Nyarko-san and Cthugha) though.
I can't post pics cuz of my stupid device, but all three of mine are from Inuyasha. 1. 이누야사 himself. 2.The wind-bitch kagura. 3.That little brat named Tin 또는 Rin 또는 something like that. Sesshomaru also irritated me on numerous occasions. I 사랑 Kikyo and Kagome. Naraku is the sexiest thing since Sephiroth. And I am the sixteen 년 old female who has just broken every Inuyasha-fans rule in existence.:):):):)

Yes Inu-chan is very annoying. For most of the battles he uses "Wind Scar" all the time >__>
Hiromi Kawanami from wedding 복숭아 she's fucking annoying >.< she always wanna 키스 yosuke and she's a stalker and that way she says "don't 당신 know ?" over and over again i can't believe she became a 사랑 앤젤 i wish she would just go back to hell >_>
Hilary Tachibana from Beyblade. She thinks she's so good when she actually doesn't do anything useful. She only 태그 along and yells at people. She sees herself as the guys' "Goddess of inspiration", but the only thing she can inspire with is her bitchy attitude.
