Someone like this guy Kanta from Desert Punk- selfish, self serving, lying, thieving, perverted, jackass. But unfortunately he does make me laugh on occation ;p
For girls... Just about everything. I do not really like girls and I'm very specific about the ones I DO like.
For boys... I tend to not like someone who appears to be the bad guy but at their death scene, becomes a good guy, and then I like them and they go and die -_- such as Greed from Fullmetal Alchemist. I have really bad luck.

LOL dont feel bad, i have the same kinda luck, i was starting to get depressed cuz every guy i liked always died in one particular anime, it was several!
@Chanel Well, not all 아니메 females are alike. 당신 can't base your thoughts of an entire group on one individual. It's like if I said "All 아니메 guys suck" when the only male character I saw was Sasuke from Naruto. I know for a fact that 아니메 guys don't suck because I know about plenty of 아니메 male characters that are awesome (Kenshiro, Vash the Stampede, Van, Kouichi Hayase, etc.).
yes i totle agree with 당신 (oh and sasuke is great i have just got up to episode 73 of 나루토 shippunden at this moment and to tell 당신 i think hes one of the best characters i have seem) not to say that ...that might change :)
I'm not really a 팬 of tsundere-type girls, as well as girls who do nothing but beat the shit out of other characters *coughOlivierArmstrongcough*. I seriously just want to walk up to them, slap them in the face, and say "calm yo tits, girl".
As for boys... let's just say that I prefer my 아니메 guys to be at least somewhat intelligent. Dumb 아니메 guys just make me want to face-nuke *coughItalycough* (though I do like 아니메 guys who are stupid in a good, funny way, like Vash the Stampede).
FOR GUYS AND GIRLS- when they beat the crap 또는 make a fool of your 가장 좋아하는 character (or just be so annoying) also characters that just u cant stand (boring-dumb in a bad way and a lot more) but to tell the truth i realy have trubble thinking about things i dont like about characters sins there are so little thing i hate about them (just to get this out the way)
