If we're talking strictly books/movies, then Fushigi no Kuni no Alice is based off Alice in Wonderland. I've never seen the anime, but I've heard of it... I don't really watch 아니메 based on other things, but I've been wanting to watch Romeo and Juliet because I recently read the play, and loved it<3
