Try your 가장 좋아하는 hero 또는 heroine from a 가장 좋아하는 아니메 in your 상단, 맨 위로 three.

For Vocaloid, maybe 당신 can dress up as the Daughter of Evil (Rillianne Lucifen d'Autriche) and get someone to go with 당신 and be the Servant of Evil (Allen).
For Ouran, try thinking of some of those creative cosplays the Hosts did. 당신 can dress as one of the characters in those. Although, I would suggest trying to base your cosplay on your height.
Otherwise, I have a pretty good idea. Get two friends. If you're into Hetalia, 당신 guys can dress up as the Bad Touch Trio and hang around being idiots all day!~
