Actually, Masaya is really the Blue Knight and Deep Blue, so he's technically magical.

It's like he (as Masaya) lives a pretty ordinary life, but when Deep Blue surfaces, he can't control himself/his body. And I can't remember the conditions for the Blue Knight... :/

^ It only doesn't count if they have a sort of magical ability 또는 alter ego. Romano is technically extremely normal. Besides, he isn't a country itself, he just personifies it.
