Hello... my 질문 is if i should put in my fanfiction only Nadeshiko 또는 i should put that nadeshiko really has a twin brother name Nagihiko????

당신 can really do whatever 당신 want. It's a 팬 Fiction right? I suggest that 당신 use that Nadeshiko and Nagihiko are the same person, if 당신 want to stick true to the story. But having them 2 separate people would make it interesting too. It's all up to 당신 really.
