Across the Universe Max's Eyes?

The last time I watched Across the Universe, I noticed that twice in the movie Max was shown with two different coloured eyes: once in Strawberry Fields Forever and onces in Happiness is a Warm Gun.

I was just wondering is this meant something, or it was just a cool effect they used twice. Any ideas?

well imdb didnt say it was a goof so it was probably an effect


most liekly the color scheme of the songs or something...

I noticed that too. It might just be that his eyes do that naturally, or it might have been the lighting. Who can say for sure exept Joe?
