i think tony almeida's resurrection was the best thing that has happened so far in season 7. the bringing back of old ctu people was wonderful too (4 pm to 5 pm).

Oh I love the new Washington setting, I love that place! Plus Bill & Chloe back are awesome!! I love the Pres too!
