I had the weirdest dream. I dreamt that the ghost goddess kidnapped me and Midas turned me to gold. Then Megan’s voice rang through my head telling me to stat calm and telling me we would find a cure. Then, I felt like I was falling, about to hit ground. The 초 before I hit, I sat bolt right up in a bed, my eyes springing open, head butting someone who got to close. I rubbed my head and looked around and realized I was in the infirmary. I had only been here once before and that was when I got to huge of a headache and almost passed out.
“Next time, give a guy a little warning before 당신 practice your surprise head-butting technique” said the person who I head-butted.
“Sorry” I squeaked
“S’all right, but again, a little warning would be appreciated” he mentioned. As he got up, I realized I recognized that Hawaiian 셔츠 and deeply tanned skin
“Poseidon?” I asked “What are 당신 doing here?”
“Oh, just checking in on my 가장 좋아하는 almost daughter” he sighed “And getting head-butted across the room” he laughed
I smiled. Then 더 많이 질문 crowded my mind. “How did I get here? What happened? Did I actually get turned to gold? Did Melinoe actually kidnap me? Who found me? What un-did the gold?” I asked
“A gryphon, Melinoe kidnapped 당신 and Midas turned 당신 to gold, yes, yes, Robin and M’gann and an 코끼리 sprayed fresh water on you” he answered
“I rode on a gryphon and I wasn’t even awake to enjoy it!? Ugh, that makes me mad!” I exclaimed
I heard someone clear their throat and realized the door had opened. Poseidon turned around and looked out the door, then walked back in.
“I must be going now, but I have a present for you” he said as he pulled out a 조가비, 조가 비 shell “This shell will act as a phone between our worlds”
“Really?” I asked in amazement
“No” he laughed “It’s just a shell. Though, if 당신 listen closely, 당신 can hear the ocean”
I pressed the shell to my ear and closed my eyes. I could hear the faint beating of the waves. When I opened my eye’s a girl dressed in a tee-shirt with a bunch of 동물 on it and comfy camouflage capris was standing at the end of my bed. She looked familiar for some reason. Very familiar. I studied her 더 많이 closely and realized a few things: she was about my age, she had gotten in a couple fights, and she seemed to be the out-doorsey type.
“Do I…do I know you?” I asked
“You should remember me. We hung out last time we saw each other” she hinted, un covering her eyes.
“Rachel!” I shouted and got up to give her a hug
“Actually, I go 의해 Anima when I’m wearing this” she said

The Black Hero jumped the building and was gone.
