History: Ivic is the result of a now-lost serum. He was a test tube baby, the serum affecting him in some way no one thought possible. While the others died, Ivic remained healthy. He was a quick study from the time he could walk. He has been taught about his abilities but not how to control them. His temper ignited one 일 의해 mysterious reasons, Ivic burned the lab, and the remaining bit of serum, to the ground. He went wild, becoming 더 많이 늑대 than human. While his 불, 화재 was always explosive, his shape-changing from 늑대 to man was erratic. He eventually met someone who helped him control the abilities and gave him a proper name. He now serves as protector and "servant" to the one who helped him.
Notes: Ivic is a quiet person. While he is competitive and always takes a challenge, he is never one for too many words. He loathes humans interested in science. While he may be 더 많이 wild than civil, he is charming when he wants to be. He doesn't understand much about human emotions. He bares his fangs like the 늑대 he is when needed.

History: he is gunfires twin brother, but when he was 5 years old he got 로스트 in the woods around gotham, and after thad got raised 의해 lions. He leand thad is brother was still in gotham a fewe weeks 이전 and gunfire told him about the cave, thouw somtings are still stance to hime, beceas he lived in the wild whit the lions fore 12 years.

Summary:
During the 크리스마스 season, ice and snow blow through Dakota. Static soon realizes it comes from a Bang Baby with cryogenic powers named Permafrost. Permafrost, however, is merely a young homeless, orphaned girl who has mental problems from trauma as a young child, who can not control her powers as they occur when people ignore her as she begs on the streets. Static must somehow convince her to calm down and accept his help.
In two days, Young Justice will be ADDED to the Countdown Episode List. That's right. You'll have an episode of Static and YJ to watch.
BUT IT'LL BE AWESOME!!!!
