A fun little one shot that occurred in my mind 읽기 ff.net a long time ago.
I decided to write it out today, because I was bored to all hell. Have fun reading...

Kyra was curled up in a little ball on her bed, sniffling and shivering. Her nose and eyes were red, and her forehead was covered in drops of sweat. She'd locked herself in her room and had wrapped herself up in covers, coughing violently into her elbow every once in a while. She was a mess...
And she had a mission with the team.
No one knew she was sick-- she refused to tell anyone, even her sisters 또는 brother. She'd distanced herself from Adrian, simply locking herself in her room. But now, 배트맨 had called the team and said that Redstream and Mindwipe had attacked a factory, and that they'd taken Jessica-- Jessica, who they all thought had reformed-- with them. Naturally, they had to take the person who knows their opponent the most.
So Aisling had come to her door, and warned her that she had five 분 and they were leaving.
Kyra checked the clock, and sighed. Time.
She unwrapped herself from the comforters, changed into her costume, used some foundation to cover up her red nose, and went to the hanger.
There weren't many on this trip. Just Delta, Aisling, Robin, Adrian and Fin. They entered the facility quietly, Fin resisting the urge to cough her guts out. Suddenly she was falling, all of them were falling, as a hole opened in the floor.
They dropped into an all white room, with no noticeable doors 또는 windows. Fin groaned, which quickly turned into a cough, resulting in a dizzy fit. The room started spinning slightly, and while everyone else got up and searched around, Fin stayed on the floor waiting for the room to just freaking slow down.
Yo, sis, 당신 alright? Fin jumped at Delta's sudden mental question, but nodded.
'M fine, Del.
Last time 당신 said that, I found out 당신 and Nathan were broke up. Then 당신 said 당신 were fine, and the 다음 thing I know, you're freaking dead.
Fin looked at Delta, exasperated, and her sister shut up. She got up from the floor and began to help, but it wasn't long before she got dizzy again. She leaned against the 벽 and began sliding down, when a panel in the ceiling opened. She looked up and groaned-- Chelsea, Brennan and Jessica were all on the panel. She didn't move, only sat, and watched as they began to address the others. She drowned the conversation out, and closed her eyes. It was really cold... She was tired...
"And Fin-- what the hell!?"
Her eyes shot open. Chelsea was staring at her, concerned, and Jessica was suddenly 다음 to her, hovering protectively. She lazily waved the gray-haired teen away, but didn't 옮기기 much.
"What is wrong with her?" Brennan demanded of Adrian, and the boy stuttered. "Um, well, uh--"
"Nevermind," the 17-year old growled, and knelt 다음 to Fin, feeling her forehead. She pushed him away weakly. "'M fine!"
"No, 당신 have a fever. Didn't 당신 tell anyone?!"
Her silence and crossed arms were answer enough. Jessica wheeled towards Robin and Delta, furious. "She's your sister!" she exclaimed, growling at the two. "Didn't 당신 notice?!" She proceeded to rant on the two black-haired teens, as her partners checked over Fin.
"Are 당신 alright?"
"Does your throat hurt?"
"Are 당신 dizzy?"
"Cold?"
"Hot?"
She coughed lightly into her elbow, sniffing and trying to cover it, but the two noticed and began to fret even more.
"Get her a tissue!"
"And some cough syrup! Now!"
"You guys, I am fine, leave me alone! I can take care--"
She was stifled 의해 their glares, and instead decided to focus on Jessica, still whaling on her siblings, and now her boyfriend and best friend.
"...And I mean, seriously! 당신 think that in a mountain full of teenagers that you'd notice a sick person!"
"She locked herself--"
"Don't wanna hear it! She may be a host of a phoenix, but she's still a human! She can get sick, and she's even 더 많이 vulnerable during the first few months of bringing reincarnated!"
Fin's attention was brought back to what was happening around her when a spoon was suddenly shoved in her mouth. She was forced to 제비, 삼키기 whatever had been on it. "What the hell was that?" she demanded. She hadn't minded the taste so much though..
"Bubblegum flavored cough syrup. 체리 just doesn't taste good," was Chelsea's reply. She didn't have time to answer because a thin piece of cloth-like paper was placed in her nose. "Blow," Brennan instructed, and she did. She felt a little better, just a bit..
Jessica sighed. "Look, we'll stop everything and just send 당신 집 if 당신 just get her some soup, okay?"
Robin, beyond confused, dumbly nodded, and they were suddenly in the mountain.
배트맨 stared at the five dumbfounded teens. Aisling explained quickly what happened, still a little confused, and the Bat simply nodded.
"I'll call Agent A, tell him to make chicken noodle."

A few weeks after, everyone had almost forgotten about it. No one was really sure what had occurred, and the villains had stopped, so it wasn't something they needed to know. And nobody else was notified--well, except Alfred, and Devin, but other than that, no one. So it had been resolved, stored away, and forgotten.
Until three weeks after they received a package, that had an assortment of soups, syrups, and other tools. A book was in along with all the stuff, properly titled "How to Care for your Newly Reincarnate Phoenix."
Fin wasn't very pleased, and her three enemies went 집 empty handed and very burned the 다음 time they faced her.
