I need help finding a song 의해 Wisin Y Yandel...

I heard this song at least 10 times while i was in cuba this summer and i can't seem to find it. The only clue i know is that the song starts off with this woman 노래 the letter "W" in spanish (double-eh) 3 times in a row in a real sexy voice... sounds weird LOL but i would 사랑 to actually find this song...

Nope, it's not this song. It Definitely wasn't Eve 노래 it, it was in spanish.
