windwakerguy430 The Black Death RP

Windwakerguy430 posted on Jun 30, 2016 at 04:12PM
In the Country of Edrain, the towns and land was swept with chaos and destruction. People were filled with hatred and selfishness, attacking and harming others so that they may help themselves. In retaliation to their hateful lifestyle, the Ancient Ones, a race of immortal beings who pass judgement across the world, had decided to bring a deadly disease known as The Black Death, a plague that brought forth monsters. Animals were turned into nightmarish creatures, the dead were brought back to life in many shapes and sizes, and those greedy enough to only care for themselves were turned into demons, witches, or other such monsters. Humanity was left to fend for themselves, damning the Ancient Ones and living to protect themselves. However, a band of hunters have plotted to move across the country of Edrain to help those who need it. They only help in order to aid those who need it, and do so selflessly, in hopes of pleasing the Ancient Ones so that they may bring an end to the curse on Edrain.

Monsters - Each monster is different, and brute force isn’t the only way to defeat them. Strategy and teamwork will also be needed
Cerberus Spawns - Black dogs with red eyes with an eternal hunger that not even human flesh can satisfy, yet still pursue humans due to their hunger driving them mad.

Winged Demons - Humans that have done the worst deeds imaginable, turning their human form into that of a hideous demon that wishes for nothing but the blood of humans.

Deserted - Long forgotten corpses that have grown hateful for their abandonment, with their eyes on the palm of their hands, as their head has become nothing more than one large mouth.

Witches - A witch's appearance depends on their past human self. If they were kind and selfless, they have the appearance of a beautiful woman, but a hateful and greedy witch is ugly and murderous.

Silent Sea - The corpse of a whale long left to rot at the bottom of the sea, now brought back as a vengeful spirit to destroy the ships that pass through it’s ocean.

Berserker - Common criminals and murderers who have been imprisoned in their own mind, unable to grasp human sanity, and have been turned into mad warriors with a lust for fighting.

Gargoyles - Once the stone guardians of large cities, they have been brought to life by the Black Death, and have become the destruction of once mighty towns and the deaths of hundreds.

Flesh Taker - Massive skeletons that have been created from the many bones of their victims. Some are still incomplete, lacking the right amount of bones to complete their massive bodies.

Lich - An undead warlock that have returned as vengeful spirits for their wrongful death. They bring death and destruction, as their bodies carry the Black Death and their magic is as strong as that of an Ancient One.

Corrupted - Zombie like townsfolk that have been corrupted and are in the early stages of turning. They have already become violent and murderous, and no hope remains for them.

Classes - Hunters come in many different classes, each with different pros and cons

Mercenary - Better with larger blades and has stronger defense. Not as respected by townsfolk

Soldier - Best with firearms and has quicker attacks. Not very fast or agile

Traveller - Easier to get discounts in shops and can earn better. Not the best fighter

Thief - More stealthy than others, much faster and quicker dodges. Low defense

Bandit - powerful attacks and can wield heavy weapons. The slowest Hunter. Hated by townsfolk

Hunter - Can climb better and is better at using firearms. Has low defense

Alchemist - Can heal himself and is more powerful against magic. Terrible with weapons

Psychopath - Casts long lasting fire damage and can take more damage. Weak with weapons

Priest - Heals others within a group and is better at shielding himself. Does not fight at all

Rules:
Do not kill anyone’s character without permission
Do not create overpowered and flawless characters
Do not make problems vanish with the snap of a finger
Do not steal other characters ideas
If you have an idea, feel free to ask
Have fun

"You're old." Helga commented, despite the fact that she herself was over one thousand years of age. She kept quiet for a moment before she chuckled. "That's really old for being a virgin." She joked some. In fact, in her nymph side, 21 was wayyy too old. But she decided to leave it like that. And with a snap of a finger, she undressed Ophelia and left her armor and suit back where the towel was, leaving her exposed just like that. Though, her eyes were still closed.

Ophelia: (She was surprised to see that her clothes had come off, exposing her figure. She wore a silk, white set of undergarments, which were very lacy. Her bottom part was far too short, exposing a bit of her rear, and was also very lacy. Her figure was practically glowing, her smooth skin exposed. However, her face was still incredibly red) M-Miss Quartz! Y-You could've warned me!

"Oh shut up thee nun and just relax." She mumbled some, her eyes finally opening when she suddenly received a splash from her children. Helga spat out the water from her mouth, sniffing some and groaning. She too wanted to join her kids in the small water fight, but she was far too tired. Instead, she crawled herself a little more toward the dry sand. She encouraged her kids to make sand castles and draw upon the ground.

Ophelia: (She gave an offended scoff, looking at Helga) W-Who are you calling a nun! (She slowly dropped her arms, allowing more of her figure to be exposed, showing her gowing figure, the ocean's breeze blowing through her black hair as she stood with slightly more confidence than before, even if it was to silence Helga)

"A nymph over one thousand years old who's used to having sex three to six times a day and now only has it perhaps once a year or a month if lucky." She ranted some, building a few walls to the castle of sand her triplets were beginning to build. Her pale skin was already getting a small tan, but she didn't mind because the sound of her children laughing brought a small source of happiness to her face. She was glad they were enjoying their birthday.

Ophelia: (She sat next to Helga on the sand, looking as she built the sand castle) Well.... Um.... Sorry to hear that, Miss Quartz. I cannot imagine the burden that this has caused you (She was right, she couldn't imagine not having intercourse for for so long after having it so frequently. Regardless, she still tried to comfort Helga with her words)

A light flickered from further out in the waters of the beach for a split second, and after that flicker, they were there. Their eyes trailed across the very waters that they stood on, the bottoms of their feet feeling the coolness of a few small waves. The keenness of dead blue allowed them to look out from where they stood, and to the ones that were along the shoreline.

Wiezelsa blinked, looking straight down. They could see a faint illusion of a younger Wiezen almost drowning. Wiezen as a child. They knelt down and attempted to grab the endangered child, only for their fingers to brush through the water and the illusion to fade.
They sighed silently and looked back to the beach. Everyone seemed to be doing fine from their perspective. Or rather almost everyone. They didn't venture any closer, keeping their distance away from the shore and remaining further out. Instead, they spoke something that was eons from understandable, holding their hand out in front of them.
A small flutter of blue came to life in their palm, growing to the size of an apple. But then came the issue of how they were going to do this. And then it came to them. They thought back to when they had given the tooth to Enricho.
Be more gentle.. With the course of a calm river...like a breeze of cool air.
And with that in mind, they slowly pulled back their arm, their eyes locking on Helga from where they were. They launched the apple sized fluttering energy towards her, more force and energy than they thought being produced and parting the surface of the water as it flew in a blur and right into the witch's face.
However, on contact, it splashed, the bits of energy floating around in the air for a bit before pushing into her skin, beginning its healing process the moment it hit her.

The parted surface of the water slowly washed back into one another in a wave of unison, and Wiezelsa turned and went to leave, but then stopped in their tracks. They thought about it for a long minute, and went against it. Today was the day that Wiezen wanted to be here. A special day for the triplets. And they already felt that he wouldn't miss it for the world, even if for only just a few minutes.
Instead, they turned back towards the shore and sat down on the water, watching the children from afar, their ears twitching at the sound of laughter. And for the first time, though small in nature and almost invisible, a smile came to their lips.

~

Ossiana continued with her fit of rage and screaming while attacking the barrier relentlessly, not letting up for even the slightest. And though unknown, the force-field began to finally be breached very little by little.

Helga sat on her rump in the sand, her healing process being rejected. This is because she chose to use the energy sent to her to make a small beach ball. She cared more for her children's happiness than her well-being. The grabbed the small ball, waving it in the air until she caught her triplets' attention. And when she threw it, they all chased after it until Elijah decided to jump and catch it midair, scurrying back to his mother.

Helga chuckled lightly, not caring for the pain in her side anymore. She stood up again, revealing more of her rib cage as she went further into the water. She threw the ball again, this time in the water. It encourages her children to learn and swim faster. But when Zealia, Elijah, and Jr. Looked back, their mother was no longer there, their ears drooping in denial of their mother abandoned them too. Elijah soon came to view of some sort of fin circling him and his siblings, whimpering lightly.

And then they were suddenly greeted by their mother again, emerging from the water and tackling her children with a fake growl. Their squeaky chuckles made her smile and she splashed a little water upon her kids, receiving a much larger continuous splash from them. She had to pause to rub her eyes since a few drops had gotten into them. When she opened them, she stared into a direction where a faint view of someone stood. "Would thou like to join in their party?"

Enricho: (He was far too exhausted to even notice the breach. Everything that was going on, everything that had been happening in the span of a day, it had all just tired him out. His head hung down, as he was starting to doze off. But once he picked his head up enough to see the barrier break, he stumbled to get up)

Ophelia: (She stood back as she watched Helga play with her triplets, and as she watched, she couldn't help but smile for the family, after having experienced so much ordeals)

Wiezelsa didn't respond at all at first, their head turning to stare out at the sky for a moment or two. But then they answered with something unexpected. "Wiezen does not know how. We do not know how." They paused.

"He doesn't want to ruin it by joining. He believes that you will tell him to leave once again. Wiezen doesn't want to take that chance. Wiezen desires distance. Distance is...safe. We...are unsure."

~

By the time Enricho had noticed that the barrier was starting to be destroyed, it was too late. A large grin plastered across Ossiana's face as she too noticed that it was starting to crumble. The weakening swings at the barrier began to strengthen as she hacked at it in a frenzy. Her laughter became noticeable the more the barrier started to crack until it with one final swing, it burst, the energy from it swarming in all directions and shoving the walls of the area that they were in further apart.

Her eyes were on Enricho, the aura of the ax now linking to where her arm was missing and shaping itself into a ghastly shape of one.

Wiezen should know today is the day his wife almost died giving birth to three special rascals. Wiezen should know... His kids miss him. They miss them more than anything in this world. He should know that when they blew the candle today, instead of asking for cake or toys or anything a normal child would ask for... they asked for you. They asked for their own father to be present. Wiezen should know... His family loves him. And... Helga does not desire distance. Helga desires... Understanding and acceptance. Helga hates distance. She just wants to fix things. She wants to kiss her husband again. She wants to spend time with him in their honeymoon. She wants Wiezen to return just as much as her children... But..." The witch sighed, her weak ears drooping slightly. "Helga respects whatever his decision is..." She mumbled out loud this time. She faked a quivering smile at Zealia who kept on bringing her sea shells from the shore, meanwhile Elijah brought random twigs and seaweed.

Ossiana began to inch closer to him in a stalking manner, her wild eyes shifting around the vicinity they were in as if to ensure that no one else was there. She snarled something, and then growled. But with a closer listen, as she growled, jumbled repetitive words could be sifted out. "Gotta...gottabreakit...shalima ara meful...gotta break it..I-I havetobreakit." She itched at her scalp with the ache hard enough for it to bleed, the blood trickling down her forehead and splitting on either side of her nose where it continued down her chin. "H-have to..have to..." She muttered to herself. "M-my baby....can't...let her die....no...NO!! E-Enricho's....who...who is...no..I love him. He..h-he's waiting...waiting...waiting waiting WAITING WAITING WAITING WAITING WAITING!!!" She began to snarl, shaking her head furiously before she lunged out at her lover and swung the axe at his face. But at the last second, it seemed to curve just in time and strike the wall behind him, blowing it into dust.

She...was fighting against it. Trying to piece together her shattering mind, trying to hold the sane portion of her conscious together.

"...What is it that you wish for him to understand? To accept?" The question from the Therian was one of curiosity. "Wiezen has already accepted all of you fully. We feel the sensation of the connection entwined within our very being. The connection that has been broken by you both time and time again. One that has been worn, battered, beaten. Doubted. He knows that the day the triplets were born was the day that you almost died, yes. But it is also the day that he DID die." They thought for a moment, and they disappeared from their spot on the water, phasing into view in front of her, closing the distance between them instantly. They squatted on thin air, staring at Helga blankly. "Explain to me. What is it that you desire so? Perhaps We could assist in creating a clearer understanding for the both of you. "

Enricho: (As he saw the sane parts of Ossiana try to fight the feral side, he could start to feel a slight bit of hope. He looked at her, seeing that her will to fight her more animalistic side was destroying her, and that more had to be done to fix it. Enricho looked at her, as she was now closer to him after she struck the wall next to him. He reached out to her slowly, but only a few inches away from coming in contact) Oss, please. I know that you can hear me. The side of you that is fighting this madness, the side that is still the Oss I know. You can do this, Oss. You can get through this. I can't imagine the hell you are facing, but I know that it is something you cannot face alone. But I promise that you won't Oss. You can fight this. I'm here to help you. I love you, Oss

Helga's dull eyes simply stared straight ahead rather than the being who suddenly made an appearance in front of her. Her senses were a little slow and she did not react as fast or at all for that manner. When they stared at her, she made no eye contact at all. Until a few moments later, her weary eyes lifted to interlock with theirs, no gleam in them whatsoever. She seemed to shake her head and sighed, her ears dropping in fatigue. She didn't wish to ask for anything from this being. "It's alright." She managed to speak. "Thanks anyways."

Wiezelsa's eyes furrowed for a moment, and was silent. They looked And when they finally spoke, the male counterpart of the voice increased. Wiezen's voice "The words you both always speak to one another. In truth, neither one of you seem to accept help from one another when it's offered in whole. Always attempting to be the strong one. Forever wanting shoulder things upon yourselves that in the end, neither of you are strong enough to handle. You both have grown weary, tired. Tired of fighting. Tired of yourselves. Parents of three, adoptive parents of four, one in which met their death. Neither of you are together much. One stays to shoulder the weight of caring for the children the way a parent should. The mother. The other does so in a manner that to ensure that the children are alive to be cared for to began with. The father. Both do what they can, through tears, pain, and sacrifice constantly, never once stopping to realize how the other's shoes may be. Not even when you appreciate one another."

The tips of their toes touched the ground softly as they outstretched their leg to ground themselves. They tipped their head to the side slightly. "Brittle ones, you both are. Everything for the sake of the children, but never for the sake of yourselves. Because that makes the bitter that you both feel only the slightest of sweeter. How does one want love from one another but attempts to acquire it only through the means of the sake of infants? Of children? Of the title "marriage". And now it seems that your love for the children is the only love left for one another. You both have made their sake your love. But you will never admit it to one another. Both of you are afraid. Too exhausted to be brave enough. So anxious to not want to lose one another again as you have so many times in the past that you can no longer find complete happiness, only need one another with an empty compliance. Your longing for one another has become merely for the sake of the children. The longing you both have for one another has become a curse in itself. And refusing to acknowledge it is like a hindrance from helping piece one another back together as not just "husband" and "wife", but as lovers.." They blinked. "Perhaps you both could learn something from Ossiana and Enricho. They seem to understand it better than Wiezen and yourself. Though..We do find it impressive that Enricho understands since he is...lost, a portion of the time." They blinked again, thinking back to Helga's previous "Thanks anyways". "..You are welcome."

Ossiana's eyes softened, and the ax began to tremble in her grasp. "I...I have to break it... I-I-I...I..you're Enricho...Enricho Morgan..y--I..I love you..right? Yes...yeah..I..." She shrieked in surprise as she was suddenly yanked down to the ground, the ax tearing from the wall, roots tying around her and sending her back into rage. She hacked at them, her narrowing to Essil as she seem him walk appear within the space with them.

"I have had enough." Essil's green filled eyes glowed immensely, his left forearm and hand twisting into entwined bundle of roots and wood that then sharpened into a fine pointed but jagged shaped fencing blade. He pointed it at Ossiana, it's end gleaming.

"Move." Essil shifted forward in a wisp, shoving Enricho out of the way to parry the ax that had been aimed at the back of the hunter's skull. His eyes narrowed, and he bent back skillfully to evade the swing of Ossiana's tail before lunging forward.

But influence of the ax had increased her movement enough in her injured state to give her a edge. She shifted her waist and side to the right to avoid the stab, using the bottom of her foot to spin and kick into Essil's side that knocked him away from her. The aura that had made shape for her missing arm wavered and increased into a larger size and she charged at him.

Essil had recovered quickly from the blow to the side, and he put his sword-arm on guard in front of him. He got into a stance and swiftly carved a small circle of wind into the air in front of him before slashing into it and sending a typhoon of decapitating winds at his target.

Ossiana's barbaric way of fighting from before seemed to have been replaced with some of her awareness, because instead of charging in head first, she skirted to a stop, the twisted form of aura connected to her arm socket reached up and clawing through the ceiling and causing rock and sand to pour down heavily into the area. She swung her ax, saws of the burning ash aura countering the winds and causing a explosive shockwave to shake tunnels of the burrow all together, the sand that had been pouring down flying in all directions in large waves.

Helga's pupils wavered as she stared at the Therian before her as they spoke. When they were done, she stood silent before nodding lightly. "I'm sorry, Wiezen." She seemed to mumble, her ears dropping. "I'll try to do better... And fix stuff... I don't know where to start." Her dull eyes began to water before a single tear rolled down her face. She couldn't prevent the tears. And she knew she constantly cried, but she couldn't help it. "I'll do better..." She repeated to herself.

Ossiana glanced over at Enricho, her eyes crazed but her expression calm. And when Essil attack her once again, she snarled and parried. She swung the ax upwards, attempting to jam the spikes on the back of it through Essil's chin so that she could tear his head off, only to miss.

Essil began to take quick jabs at her with the point of his blade, his movement speed increasing with each one until he had heard near the point of stumbling to evade him. He began to blitz her, grabbing her by the tail as she tried to escape and slamming her into the ground.

Ossiana winced, but proceeded with retaliation, her aura hand scooping up a mound of sand and hurling it a Essil before slicing through the walls, allowing more of the sand to tumble down and start to fill the tunnel.

Essil went to blitz her again, but paused in his movements when she disappeared under the sand. He lifted him arm to rid it from the tunnel with one strike, but as soon as he did so Ossiana burst from the ground behind him, spearing him into the ceiling.

Ossiana's sting stung through the tunnel's ceiling along with the fingers of her aura-hand, keeping her steady and allowing her to use it as footing.

Essil had fell onto the ground, now picking himself up unscathed and brushing himself off. He raised his hand suddenly, and enchanted grass grew from the ceiling, coiling around Ossiana's neck, and more around her legs and arms to tie her down. His left foot moved forward in a dance move like fashion and he thrusted his blade arm froward, the point of it extending towards the scorpio's throat.

Ossiana yanked her ax arm forward and slashed at the roots around her ankles in enough time to drop from the ceiling, jerking her head to the side to avoid what would have been a fatal wound. But before she could turn herself right side up while falling towards the ground, a piercing stake branched off from the extended sword-arm of Essil and ran through her shoulder, and through the wall, throwing her out into the other section of tunnels.

"No..you will not." Wiezelsa spoke, turning to stare out at the sky. "Because it will take the both of you to do better. Not just one. But two. He doesn't want you to walk behind him, nor in front of him. But beside him. And you want the same thing. Understanding cooperation and resolve in compliance would do you both well. Without it, you both will fail along with your love."

This time, just you and Wiezen. No interference. No thief. No alchemist. No hunter. No psychopath nor Oni. Just Wiezen and yourself. You will find that there his much more that you both will find about yourselves as well as each other without the outside interference. So, Essil, I'm only going to ask you this one more time before I take matters into my own hands: Stop fighting Ossiana and let me deal with her.

"Returned?" Helga blinked in perplexity. Yet The witch didn't even seem happy for something she was passionate about. She simply stared ahead, itching at her nails for a moment. "I don't think Wiezen would enjoy my surprise parties... they're pretty childish. And... I'm sure he'll be busy taking care of other things as well..." The witch sniffed some, removing herself from the water finally. She threw on her black dress to cover her emaciated stomach, letting the fabric do the drying for her. The witch then proceeded to head back toward her towel on the sand, her hands digging through a couple bags that sat there. She pulled out colorful shapes that appeared to be... fireworks. She thought that maybe it would be a nice touch for her children's birthday. Helga grabbed the few fireworks she bought and returned to where the Therian was left. "I'm not sure when I'll see thee again, Wiezen." The witch spoke, her dim eyes staring into the being's. It was as if she was actually staring at her husband, her pupils dilating slightly. She talked more to Wiezen than anyone else, not caring if he was fused with someone. Because she knew he could still hear her. "But I'll wait for you... I hope you're doing alright... The kids miss you. And so do I." Her ears lowered slightly in acceptance, a long sigh escaping her breath. Helga's hand lifted to show the firework that would send colors bursting in the air, asking if they'd like to do the honors.

Wiezelsa didn't say anything at Helga's words, and instead just listened to her speak while looking out at the sky and the water, the space that parted them to such a great distance. At the last of the few words, they remained silent as the witch asked her children about the fireworks. The first genuine full smile came to their face, and they placed their hand claws onto Helga's shoulder, a jolt of energy being sent coursing through her body on contact. "I will return." There was no We when they spoke this time, and there was only one voice that instead of both of them. Wiezen's, as clear as the night was from the day. But then they were gone, only his voice lingering within the children's head.

"Happy Birthday...I love you all."

"You will do nothing but die." Essil spoke, and though he did so calmly, his words came out blunt. "If you proceed with your fables of wishing to stand in my way then you will face your consequences as well." He continued to where he expected to see Ossiana only to find that she wasn't there. She was gone, only a splatter of blood being left where she once was.

Helga slightly recoiled in surprise when the Therian had placed its claws upon her shoulders. The energy sent to her body helping ignite a spark within her dull eyes, the wounds her sister's clones slowly but surely healing. At the sound of Wiezen's voice, her ears perked to their maximum potential for the very first time in a while. She managed to expand a small, crooked smile before the being had left.

Meanwhile, all her triplets seemed to come to a sudden halt at what they were doing when they heard the voice within their heads. They looked around for a moment in confusion and in search for their father. They had just heard him. Where was he? Zealia mumbled some in perplexity, as did her siblings. But when they turned to view their mother, their puzzlement was replaced with... happiness. Just the sight of her notified them all that things were... alright. She was there full time with them and ensured their well-being was fulfilled. They weren't able to express how much they appreciated her for it, but they hoped she knew deep down.

The mother got up to her feet with the fireworks, a single flame igniting at the tip of her finger. She lighted up the fuse of the red bomb, placing the stick part of it against the ground. And once it exploded, it soared in the air and bursted into a rainbow of colors, dispersing itself through the sky. The loud noise and beautiful sight caught everyone's attention.

From the distance that had already been made, Wiezelsa's dead eyes peered up at the exploding array of colors that splashed across the sky, the loud boom of them causing their ears to perk. And as they watched the colorful sparks ignite the sky, the dull almost grey, blue within their eyes grew into a glossed dim green that held shades of gold. "Remain safe, all of you. Sing without him for just a little while longer." They turned and continued on their way in a new found hurry, and a new spark successfully ignited within them.

Elijah dug within the bags of goodies his mother had brought, snacking on an apple as he viewed more colors pop in the sky. Zealia and Jr. followed their brother, seeking a small snack to munch on as they viewed the colorful scenery. Their mother sent a few more in the air, sighing softly as her eyes watched the flares of green and red craft into a shape resembling bunny, one in which she heard her triplets gasp in amazement.

Helga took the time to summon her small camera, taking a picture of her children and their first birthday. She would make sure to save these for the future to look back on them. When the fuel of fireworks ran out, Helga returned to sit with her children – admiring the last of the colors tint the sky with their beauty. Her left ear twitch at the sound of a yawn coming from below. It was near their nap time. Helga expanded a small, motherly smile down at them and hugged them closely. "Happy birthday my little cockroaches.." She whispered before smooching their chubby cheeks.

Enricho: (Once he saw that Ossiana was gone, he turned to Essil, with what little time he had to convinces him. He knew that he had no way of actually beating him in a fight, and if he was violent, what was stopping Ossiana from taking that as a sign to fight back. He was getting upset again, thinking that fighting was the best way to solve any solution. He remembered what Wiezelsa told him, about remaining calm rather than doing anything dangerous) Essil, listen, Ossiana is still alive. You must give me a chance to try and talk to her. She is the only reason I am on this maddening quest. I won't allow you to cut her down. You have to give me a chance to try and reach out to her, Essil. If I fail, you can do whatever, alright. I just need some time. I don't usually like begging, but I'll do what I must to make sure she is safe

The witch now observed the calm waves of the sea, her silky black hair blowing with the wind lightly. She felt the soft snores coming from her sleeping children – all except Zealia. She was still seeking for a few more shells until suddenly she fell on the sand. Helga went to go check if she was alight, chuckling softly when she realized the tiredness of today had gotten her too. She concluded that while they slept, she could clean around the house and prepare dinner. And with that in mind, the mother carried each of her children into her arms. The energy given to her was powerful enough for her to unzip a portal in thin air, the other side leading to her cabin. She awoke Flynn who was currently sleeping beneath a palm tree that provided him shade. Once she had everything packed, Helga gave one last looked at the beautiful beach before going through the portal along with Ophelia with Oswald and Flynn.

Ophelia: (Once she saw that Helga was opening the portal, she was ready to leave... Until she remembered she was unclothed. She quickly put back on her clothing and armor as fast as she could, not wanting to waste any of Helga's time. It was only a short moment before she was fully dressed. She picked up Oswald and followed behind Helga to enter the portal)

Once everyone was through, the witch zipped back up the portal and made it disappear. She released a small sigh when she saw her house back to normal. "You know," Helga began to Ophelia, "I might just lend thee one of my night gowns for tonight. There's no way thou are sleeping in that hideous outfit." She said, walking up the porch of her cabin carefully while carrying her children.

Ophelia: Oh, well, if you truly insist, Miss Quartz. I haven't worn anything other than this armor in quite some time (She followed behind Helga, walking past Kristoff, who was already starting another pot of tea, as Reinard rested outside the cabin, still too large to actually go inside now that the place had been repaired)

"Yes, I can tell." Helga replied without hesitation. She walked up the stairs with her sleeping children, deciding that she'd bathe them later since they were obviously tired. The mother tucked each single one in their cradle, letting their stuffed animals surround them for warmth and comfort. She stared down at her three beautiful children before smiling, blowing out the candle nearby and closing their doors. The witch took a turn to the right and headed toward the room she shared with Wiezen, going through her closet until she found a plain blue nightgown that held a few patches of transparent fabric. She also collected a few blankets and pillows before heading downstairs, handing the dress to Ophelia. "Here you go."

Ophelia: (She had already set Oswald down into her rockering, keeping her eyes on him until he finally fell asleep. Once Helga returned with the nightgown, she gave her a nod) Thank you, Miss Quartz (She looked over the blue nightgown, before stepping out of the room to change)

"No problem..." She whispered some, making her way outside to visit Reinard. As he rested, she leaned down to place a warm blanket upon his lap along with a small pillow. She smiled lightly at him before returning inside, doing the same for Kristoff. But as for Flynn and Ophelia, she offered a vacant room upstairs for them to share.

Kristoff: (Being much smaller, the blanket easily wrapped around him, unlike Reinard, as it only fit his lap
Ophelia: (She gave the sleeping Oswald a kiss on his head, making sure he was still asleep, as she made her way to the room she would be staying in)

Helga enlarged Reinard's blanket using a simple spell of magic. "Thou all may rest now... I shall be serving dinner shortly." She said, giving a very small bow. The witch's stomach grumbled some as she headed to the kitchen, debating whether she should wait on making the food. She opened the refrigerator, staring blankly at the array of foods. She was so... hungry. But she couldn't.

Meanwhile, Flynn thanked Helga and retreated to the room he was told he'd stay in, oddly following the same direction Ophelia was going in.

Ophelia: (She turned behind her to see Flynn) Oh, Flynn, is your room up here as well?

"Yes, I believe so..." He said, following Opehlia now by her side. He remained quiet before cutting the silence. "How is everything? With you and your brother, of course."

Helga stared down at the sandwich she whipped up in a few seconds, bringing it to the large table. She sat down in the lonely furniture, staring blankly at the food in front of her. Her stomach growled, although, her heart told her not to eat. Yet... She told Wiezen just earlier she would fix things and try harder. She poked at the edges of the bread, uninterested.
