"Correct, as of recently I do not sleep." Wiezen said in annoyance at the woman's last few words. At the sound of Zealia's crying, he had almost come to a halt and stopped himself from cringing the entirely. He took in a deep breath to keep himself together and breathed out to rid himself of some of the fumes of stress and frustration that had already been swirling around within him. Only when his children had started tugging on his clothes did he come to a stop, but he stood completely still.
The woman had scrubbed the insides of her ears with her pinkies when she had heard the first cry, but had taken a curiosity to the children that crowded around Wiezen. And they were calling him...papa? Odd. But the look on his face only made her laugh some. "Oh come on, they're just children, the lady behind us had them and they must have gotten to running off. We'll just take them back."
"I'll handle it myself." Wiezen said, through slightly clenched teeth. "The rest of what's needed should be around one of these marketing stands and I believe there's a specialty store among them." He spoke tonelessly.
"You sure? Because I can honestly go--"
"GO. NOW." Wiezen said, pointing her off in a direction. "I will await your return here. And if you truly want to become my....apprentice," He said the word through grinding teeth, "Then you will take action with efficiency and a keen eye for materials."
"Oh?" The woman questioned, yet a grin a came to her face. "You mean it?! Alright! No take backs!" That seemed to be enough to get her moving, and she took off like an excited child into a candy store, the large backpack that she carried swinging back an forth as the sound of the steel pots and pans within it clanked together along with the numerous other items within it.
