How is their personality...?

Hi! I add this 질문 cuz' I'm pretty confused. many people feel that their personality is very similar to Rima's... but I feel that she don't appear enought on the manga/anime like to tell. I'm like HERRR!! O.. I may be wrong... My 질문 is... How is her real personality? Or... how do 당신 think it is. Oh! And if 당신 tell me exactly what kind of relationship she has with shiki? (boyfriend and girlfriend, 또는 just co-workers.. 또는 what)^_^Thanks soo much for all the answers.

People like Rima are not very loud cause they don't want to be involve into other people's business......
I THINK her relationship with Senri is boyfriend and girlfriend (based on my observation)......
But I don't think they will immediately show Rima and Shiki's relationship because they are not the main characters..........
