I am still confused lot of people are saying that vampire knight is coming out 또는 not which is it?

If your talking about the 망가 then it's not coming out anymore because it's finished (unless there are extras 또는 something). If your talking about the 아니메 then I don't think it is either because nothing has been officially confirmed.

The 망가 is now complete, though there have been a few additional bonus chapters since the official end.

The 아니메 ended after 2 seasons, when the story had reached about halfway through the manga's story. It wasn't picked up for a third season.
