Most definitely! If I were to move to a foreign country where I didn't know the language, I would learn it. I don't understand how anyone would disagree tbh.

^ Same here but for example when Bernie Sanders was running, he said that immigrants should not be required to learn English. I think that's ridiculous. Speaking the same language within a country is about efficiency and proper communication. If we all speak different languages then that will only further divide us.

I completely agree. I don't think Mexicans would like it if we moved to their country and spoke only our native language. What about the Russians, Italians, etc? Sometimes I think people see America as TOO big of a melting pot, being always willing and ready to comply with anything others want.

This is especially when you consider that Asians don't even have an A-Z language to help them with an easier language translation and often were transitioning from symbols to letters. This is also somewhat similar with Russians who have a hybrid language. Mexicans mostly speak Spanish which is a romance language with a lot in common with English since they both derive from Latin. It shouldn't be a problem.
