Bella

We got back to Forks around 2 am. We went shopping a little and he bought me a neckless remembering that today was my birthday. Oh. joy. Twenty-eight.

We pulled up in my drive way, but didn't get out of the car just yet.

"Bella?" Edward called my name.

"Hm?" I looked up our face inches apart. My 심장 thudded and my breathing stopped.

His green eyes were boaring into mine, smoldering me. "Happy Birthday." He smiled a crooked smile.

I smiled back. "Don't remind me." I huffed.

"Bella." He chuckled and shook his head. "You're beautiful."

I felt my face turn a birght shade of red and I turned to look out the window. Once I felt it was 안전한, 안전 to look back at him, I turned to his face. "Thank you."

"You are, how do I put this?" He stopped and pursed. "You are the sexiest woman, whether 당신 know it 또는 not, I have ever seen. And will ever see."

My 심장 thudded unevenly as his words ran through my head. Woah.

He chuckled and opened his door. "I better get 당신 inside." I nodded and started to get out on my own when he stuck out his hand. I smiled up at him as he helped me out of his car.

He didn't let go of my hand as we headed for the door. The motion lights kicked on and I glanced up at him, his perfect features shadowed.

"Thank you, Bella, for going with me today." He smiled down at me when we stopped on the pourch. It felt like high school.

"Thank you, Edward, for taking me." I smiled up at him. He leaned down and kissed me softly. Deffently like high school. The kind of high school kisses that make your 심장 studder, your insides knot, and lurch foward.

He pulled away and smiled. "Goodnight, Bella."

"Good night, Edward." She smiled and stepped inside her house. I was about to turn off on my heels when I heard Bella's voice.

"Were 당신 spying?!"

"I'm sorry!" It was Charlie. "I couldn't help it."

"You're unbelieveable! I'm going to bed." I heard her feet stomp on the stairs and I laughed to myself.

I walked off the porch but insted of going to my car, I walked around to the side, where her balcony was.

I stood not under but away from it to where I could see her pull the curtins back and step out side. I stood smiling, waiting for her to see me.
When she did a huge grin spread across her face.

"I thought it could be like high school." I yelled to her walking foward.

"You thought right." She smiled. "But it's two thirty. 당신 should be at home."

"I didn't want to leave 당신 again." I admitted.

She stared off for a 분 and then looked at me. "Climb the tree." She smiled.

I smiled back and headed for the tree. It wasn't as easy as it used to be, but I made it up to her.
"Hi." I smiled.

"Hi." She smiled back.

Without my brain rejestering what I was doing, I grabbed her in a hug and her arms were squeezing my waist. "Bella. 당신 have no idea, how much I have missed you." I whispered.

"It feels like a hole. A hudge gaping hole, and when the wind passes through tears at the ragged edges." I could feel tears soaking my shirt.
"And 당신 can't close your eyes with seeing them 또는 hearing their voice, 또는 smelling them like they were really here. Only to wake up, and your alone."

"That's exactly, what it feels like." I told her. I lifted her chin and whiped away the tears that were falling. "But now, there is no hole. And I can see you, and hear you, and smell you, and feel you. And I know I'm awake. But I can't help but be afraid that 당신 will dissapear any second, and I will be holding nothing but air."

I put one hand on her face and the other was holding her to me. "It's been ten years since I have last told 당신 this. Isabella Swan, I 사랑 you."
