I touched the screen and it lit up. He had a text message from Alice.
-Edward! We won't be 집 untill midnight tonight. Keep her safe. 당신 don't want to lose your soulmate. ;) I 사랑 you!

I felt my brows furrow and I dialed Charlie's number.
"Hello?"
"Hey. Dad." I sighed and ran my hand through my hair.
"Hey, Bells. Everything okay?" I could hear his 순양함, 크루저 running in the background.
"Yea, Dad. Everything's great. I'm at Alice's. 당신 might want to call Sue and tell her to bring 당신 something for dinner."
He wasn't a great cook. He was right behind my mother who was very creative in the kitchen. Sometimes too creative.

I pressed end and turned over to Edward.
"Alice sent 당신 a text message." I told him.
His eyes opened slowly and he tooked down at me.
"I read it." I admitted. "I hope 당신 don't mind. I figured since it was from Alice it might be something important and-" He cut me off with a deep kiss.
"It's okay." He smiled slightly. "What did she say?"
"They won't be 집 untill midnight."
And that's all it took for him to replay what we had just finished.
I laughed when we were finally done. "You didn't let me finish." I told him as I layed my head on his chest.
I felt him chuckle silently underneath me. "I'm sorry. Go ahead."
"She said....she said 'Keep her safe.' And 'You don't want to lose your soulmate.'"
I looked at him and he was peaking down at me through his lashes. "Do 당신 believe in soulmates?" He asked.
"I didn't untill today." I told him.
"Well, since we are soulmates, it's only fair that I tell 당신 about myself." He sat up again his headboard and pulled me up with him.
"I was born in 1901. My parents died when I was 17. That's when I met 당신 for the first time."
I shook my head. "I was born in 1993. I just turned 18 a week ago."
"but 당신 were also born in 1901 and your name was Marie. Your middle name now." I stared at him in disbeliefe. "We had been married for five months. But 당신 were killed. 당신 were running away from these serial killer's that at rode into town. 당신 ran away from one and right into the other." He sighed and closed his eyes.
"Carlisle adopted me, giving me a place to stay." His eyes were still closed as he finished. "I can describe every bit of 당신 with my eyes closed." He opened them only to smile at me then closed them again.
"Your brown eyes. The left one has a black speck on the bottom, very close to your iris. Your right eyebrow is slightly arched higher then your left. But no one else notices, so 당신 don't point it out. Your 상단, 맨 위로 lip is slightly thinner than 당신 bottom lip. 당신 think it makes them look off balanced. Your hair turns red in the sun. "You are very quiet when 당신 are somewhere new. Your 가장 좋아하는 book has always been Wuthering Hights. Your mother gave 당신 the book as a gift. 당신 don't like wearing fancy clothes. 당신 used to steal your brother's pants and wear them under your dress." He chuckled.
"Woah, woah." I interrupted. "Brother?"
"His name was Ephraim. 당신 two were best friends. 당신 had different fathers. Your's died in the war. Your mother got remarried."
"What did he look like?" For some strange reason, I was believing everyword.
"He was dark skined. Very tan. His hair was long and dark. 당신 know him. 당신 know him now."
He looked down at me.
"Haven't 당신 always said Jacob feel's like a brother to you?" He asked me.
It took me a 초 to relize what he was saying. "Jacob was my brother?!"
"Yes." He smiled.
"So we were like, reincarnated?" I asked as I played with the ring on his left ring finger.
"You could say that. But 당신 don't remember your past lives, because there is nothing to remember. Jacob has a soul mate too. That's why he is back. I just don't know where 또는 what generation."
"Did 당신 come...back?"
"No. Carlisle brought me back to his home. He had a sirenge, a large one. He said it would hurt of a couple of days. I told him what ever it took."

He chuckled. "Like vampires. But I'm not a vampire. Just immortal."
"How did 당신 find me?" I asked.
"I can read minds. But not your's. Alice can see the future. But when someone changes their mind, the future changes. She saw you. I saw 당신 in her mind. I couldn't believe 당신 were back. We packed up and left Alaska, so I could come and be with out again."
I nodded still turning his ring in circles.
"That's my wedding band 당신 had given to me. I still wear it. Everyday."
I gazed up at him and his eyes were tender. "When I found you, I took your ring. I knew i would see 당신 again, and that I would be able to give your ring to 당신 again." He smiled at me. "Would 당신 like to see it?"
I nodded slowly and he turned to his side table. He pulled out a red velvet ring box. He handed it to me but I couldn't get my hands to lift the lid.
"Shall I do it?" He asked placing his fingers on the lid. I nodded again and he opened the box in my hand.
I gasped at I stared down at the ring. I was a band of blue and white dimonds. Victorian.
"If 당신 still don't believe me, I have a photograph." He got up out of 침대 and slipped on a pair of pants. He went into his closet and took the ring out of the box. I slowly placed it on my own ring finger not surprised that it fit perfectly.
"I had the ring made for you. So it would fit." He told me. My head snapped up to him. He held a large frame in his hands. "We had this painted the night before our wedding."

"I believe you." I nodded.

"Not now. What would your father think." He asked and snapped the ring box shut.
