OK so, In the Movie and in the book...after the baseball scene, runnning from James etc.. Edward looks at Alice and says keep your thoughts to yourself. Anyone know what she was thinking?? Did I miss something??
First I watched the movie and just like U didn't quite get that part, but when I read the book, everything seemed a bit easier to understand. This is how I understood it: sweet_twilight is right 'bout those two visions, but it seems to me that in the book Alice was very often thinkin' that things would be much easier if Bella was a vampire, so James would stop chasin' her if she's no longer mortal (and Edward wanted to save her mortality, so he said those words to Alice)...I guess that from that part ppl started sayin' things like "I bet on Alice", although that's much 더 많이 appropriate for the New Moon, when they r in the plane...I hope my answer clears up things a little bit for U :D
Well in the book, they tells us that Alice had two visions of Bella - one was of her dead and the other was her becoming a vampire. So when Edward told Alice to keep her thoughts to herself, he was refering to Alice thinking about the vision 또는 visions. I hope that helps. I'm sorry I couldnt explain it any better.
