A 질문 for people who saw New Moon: A symbol from the book cover?

In the scene where Carlyle is addressing Bella's wounds they show a bowl where they put used up bandages. Maybe it's just me but doesn't it look kind of like the 꽃 on the original cover to New Moon? I remember in the first movie(even though it was a different director) they showed the 사과, 애플 so I watched for stuff like that while watching this one.
