Are Rachel and Rebecca Black identical twins?

In a 팬 fiction I particularly like, they're described as identical, but I'm not sure if that's the writer's choice 또는 if this is mentioned somewhere in the actual books. Can anyone remember whether they're identical twins 또는 just fraternal twins?

But, as their physical descriptions are the same, and no difference in their appearance is established, perhaps it's 안전한, 안전 to assume they are identical.
