They have something I want" (almost exact quote). What Aro means, is that he has had his greedy eyes on Alice and Edward for their extra vamp abilities since he met them in New Moon. When Bella tagged along and Aro met her, he was immediately intrigued 의해 her unique ability to block the "mental" powers of vamps, like Edward's mind reading, Aro's 읽기 your whole past thing, and Jane's mental pain affliction. He knew that when Bella was finally made a vamp, this ability was likely to amp itself up 또는 manifest itself in a possibly powerful way. And thus the thing he wants most, is Bella. 당신 throw in Edward and Alice into Aro's bucket list, and you've got a triple whammy.
